FIRST let me specify I am not looking for a free bird to re-sell for high dollar!!
Like I explained to one nasty individual, not everyone is out here to get over on anyone.
If you feel that way, it may be because that is what YOU would do. I am not like that and I have references to prove it!
With that being said, let me get back to the purpose of this post. (Do not send me anymore NASTY messages, if you do not like my post keep scrolling. I am not out here to try to get over on anyone).
I think it sad that every time I look on bird sites people are wanting to SELL their feathered friend for HIGH dollar because they paid HIGH dollar for a pet that they did not do their research on, they did not realize the TIME and communication they have to give the birdie, or they are moving, or for some other reason.
I am NOT judging anyone. It just know that it takes commitment and LOVE to care for a bird. Think of them as children in feathers!! (I do)!
Think of the Bird and be fair enough to find it a good home. Money should not be a major issue when trying to find a solid and forever home for your baby.
Research the person that wishes to adopt your baby. Ask them questions and see if they know what they are talking about when it comes to birds! Ask them to send you pictures of them interacting with birds. Ask them to give you the name of someone that can verify that they actually do love birds and will give it a great home.
When it comes to a bird capable of speech, make sure the person is not trying to obtain your baby just because it has the ability to talk!!
The IMPORTANT thing is fairness and proper placement for the BIRDIE!!
